Returns and Exchanges:

• You have 30 days from the purchase date to return most items for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is free within the continental US if the product is defective.
• For other returns you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

• All returned items must be in new condition, with original packaging intact (including the UPC label).
• All packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories must be included.
• We can only refund the original purchase price, not including shipping and handling fees.
• Complementary items must also be returned.

Return Process:

• Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items.
• No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
• RMA numbers are valid for 7 business days.
• We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the purchase date.

Exclusion of Software: Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Defective software may be returned for exchange of the same product only. Non-defective software  that has been opened will not be accepted for return. Digital Codes are not returnable. 

Exclusion of Charts and Dated Materials: Due to their time sensitive nature, FAA charts cannot be returned. 

Exclusion for Flight Simulation Hardware: Non-defective Flight Simulator Hardware which have been opened are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%.

Exclusion for Shirts: Pilot shirts that are not returned in their original folded, packaged, tagged condition will be subject to a minimum $5.00 restocking fee. Shirts that have been washed or worn are not returnable. 

Exclusion for Radio Control: Radio Control Airplanes are not returnable once the box is opened.  

Exclusion for Cockpit Posters: Cockpit posters are printed to order. Cockpit posters are not returnable under any circumstances.

Exclusion for Custom Items: Any item that has been customzied or custom made is not returnable.

All claims for damage, errors, or shortages of the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.
